Holly Garner has been an educator for over 30 years. Her experience as a mom of three boys, teacher, reading specialist, and elementary school principal developed her passion for implementing social-emotional learning in schools. Her experience as a teacher, reading specialist, elementary principal, and most importantly, a mom of three boys, helped develop her passion for social-emotional learning in schools. Holly is the Director of the Grace B. Luhrs Elementary Lab School and an Assistant Professor at Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania.
In her free time, Holly enjoys playing games with her family, reading on the beach, planning parties, and walking her dog, Leo.
