Linda Cotton Jeffries grew up in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and taught special education for over thirty years. Her novels, We Thought We Knew You and Who We Might Be, were published by Fifth Avenue Press in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Seeing in the Quiet was published by Sunbury Press.
